Joseph Geraci - CEO
Joseph Geraci is CEO of Intricate Bay Capital. Prior to Intricate Bay, Mr. Geraci was the co-Head of Global Spread Products within Markets at Citi, responsible for achieving the #1 global ranking on Wall Street for the combined Credit, Securitized, Structured Finance and Municipal Securities businesses. Before that, Mr. Geraci was Deputy Head of the Municipal Securities Division at Citi, where he ran Municipal Markets, Public Finance, and founded Citi Community Capital. Joe served as Vice Chair of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), the advisory boards of the Taubman Center for State and Local Government at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, the Institute for Affordable Housing at NYU’s Furman Center, and the board of The Honor Foundation. Joe graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.
Dan Wisniewski - President
Dan Wisniewski is President of Intricate Bay Capital. Prior to Intricate Bay, Mr. Wisniewski was the Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup’s Global Spread Products division, consisting of over 1,000 employees operating in 11 countries and responsible for $180 billion in bank assets. Prior to his role as COO, Dan was the Global Head of Citigroup's Municipal Capital Solutions Group, with a specific focus on project infrastructure, affordable housing, and renewable energy finance. Dan serves on the board of US Retail Inc. Dan earned degrees from the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School.
Kristin DeFeo - Managing Director
Kristin DeFeo joined Intricate Bay Capital in June 2022 as a Managing Director. Prior to Intricate Bay, Ms. DeFeo was a Director at Citi and the Head of Client Strategy for Global Spread Products. In this role, she was responsible for evaluating clients’ investing needs, identifying opportunities and allocating resources to maintain and establish institutional relationships. Before that, from 2014 to 2019, Kristin was an institutional trader in the Municipal Securities Division, focusing on high-grade bonds. She first joined Citi in 2012, working in the Municipal Financial Products area. Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2010.
Wade Holland - Managing Director
Wade Holland joined Intricate Bay Capital in April 2022 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Intricate Bay Capital, Mr. Holland was a Managing Director and the Head of the Global Spread Products Structuring team focused on developing and executing solutions for Citi and clients across Citi’s global footprint in the Municipal, Credit and Securitized Product business. Mr. Holland has experience in a wide range of structured products across fixed income markets including structured financings, derivatives, tax credits, receivables, renewable energy and other tailored solutions. Mr. Holland graduated from the University of Georgia in 2000.
Akshay Murthy - Managing Director
Akshay Murthy joined Intricate Bay Capital in 2022 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Mr. Murthy served as regional Head of Structuring for Global Spread Products at Citigroup. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Murthy was a partner at Forsyth Street Asset Management. Mr. Murthy has had responsibility for developing and implementing solutions across the Municipal, Credit, and Securitized Products spaces, with a specific focus on structured financing, tax credits, renewable energy, affordable housing and infrastructure development. Mr. Murthy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University and received his MBA from New York University.
